Recently, Dingli provided a DLJG2510/3 chicken manure drying system to a large-scale poultry farm in the Diego region of the Philippines for the resource-based treatment of chicken manure and the production of organic fertilizer raw materials. With the continuous expansion of local poultry farming, the amount of chicken manure produced has been steadily increasing. Traditional stockpiling methods not only occupy space but also easily generate odors and environmental pollution. To improve the utilization value of waste, the client decided to build a chicken manure drying production line to achieve the reduction, harmlessness, and resource-based treatment of manure.

Based on the client's actual needs for high moisture content and stable processing capacity of raw materials, Dingli's technical team tailored a chicken manure drying solution. The project adopts a high-efficiency drum drying process, which can quickly reduce the moisture content of fresh chicken manure (65%-70%) to about 30%, meeting the requirements for subsequent storage, transportation, and deep processing of organic fertilizer. The entire system operates stably with high thermal efficiency, effectively reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
The equipment uses a special lifting device and optimized structural design to ensure full contact between the chicken manure and hot air during the drying process, improving moisture evaporation efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the system can monitor operational status in real time, enabling automated production and reducing manual labor intensity. After the project was put into operation, it not only significantly improved chicken manure processing capacity but also effectively improved the environmental hygiene conditions of the farm, creating substantial economic and environmental benefits for the client.
The successful implementation of this project once again validates the mature technology and stable performance of Dingli chicken manure drying equipment in the field of high-humidity livestock and poultry manure treatment, and also provides a reliable demonstration case for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
